The construction of this pen started with a non-working Brietling Colt watch, one of the most popular brands of high end Swiss watches.  The watch dial is wrapped around the pen body and the body is covered all over with gears and other small watch parts.  As a watch the craftsmanship is amazing, as a pen that fine work is fully on display.  This pen from the Valparaiso Series is rhodium plated with black titanium trim.

This is a desk pen, the cap is non-posting, it cannot be mounted on the back of the pen while in use.  It can be carried, but most users of a pen with this heft and size will keep their of pen on their desk and remove the cap and set it on the desk when writing. Weight 2.7 ounces, length 5.75 inches capped.  The pen will arrive in a solid walnut presentation box.
