This sketch pencil holds a 5.6mm lead.   A collet type lead holder mechanism will hold the lead firmly in place at all times, while allowing you to instantly adjust the lead position with the push of your thumb.

In addition, a convenient built-in lead sharpener inside the cap helps you keep the lead sharp at all times.  Size: 9/16 diameter by 4 3/4 long.  Your sketch pencil will come packaged in a velvet drawstring pen pouch.  Gift boxes are available.

The graphite in this sketch pencil is shown photographed with a dime for size.  It is a hefty piece of graphite that will last a long time, but eventually it will ware down.  Replacement 5.6 mm drawing materials are available at art stores and online.  We sell CretaColor brand of replacement materials, they are available in graphite, charcoal, mixed media assortment and pencil leads in colors.  Look under accessories and follow the link to ink and refills to find them.
