Could this be called bling?  Cute?  Preppy?  Whatever adjective we could give it just doesn't do it.  Little girls (and big girls too) beg their moms when they see it.

Measures about 3" in height and is made for small or medium size pens.  Swirls are different in all the holders, so don't be surprised if yours looks a little different than the pictures.
